Frank & Michelle McBrayer from Richmond, KY. cruise through the harbor at Conley Bottom Resort in their homemade 25' Surf Scotter named "Morning Glory". Frank built the boat by hand over a 3 year period. Michelle says, "I made him keep going, when he felt like giving up". It is plywood construction w/fiberglass overlay, and a Mercruiser. 6 Cyl. I/O. Great Job Frank & Michelle!
