 My
name is Tim Merry and I
have been boating since I was three years old and have many memories of
boating and being on the lake with family and friends. I grew up in
Bloomington, IN and have been boating on Monroe Reservoir and
surrounding south central Indiana lakes all my life. Boats have always
been a passion of mine. I have continually researched boat manufacturers
and the models that they produce to gain as much knowledge about their
craftsmanship and features. I have also worked at a local Marine
facility at Monroe Reservoir prior to college to gain more inside
knowledge of boat repair and maintenance. After college I pursued my
other dream of flying and now fly commercial jets. Boating still remains
a passion for me and I see this opportunity with HouseboatsBuyTerry,
Inc. as a great opportunity to share my passion for boating and the lake
lifestyle with you.
One thing that I have noticed over the years of boating on Monroe
Reservoir was the lack of a professional and local boat brokers to
assist current boat owners with full marketing and hands on sales

 My
name is John Kirby and I have been boating on Lake Monroe since I
was a kid. I grew up in Terre Haute, IN but spent nearly every weekend
on the lake. My grandparents had a houseboat on Monroe and my parents
kept their boat at the same facility that Tim worked at in high school.
I now have a ski boat, as well as a sailboat, to keep me (and the kids)
busy.
Tim and I met while flight training in college (20 years ago!). We soon
figured out that we both had a passion for boats. We now work for the
same airline and our families spend a lot of time together at the lake.
We saw a need for boat brokers in south central Indiana that are active
and involved in the sale. I am happy to be with HouseboatsBuyTerry, Inc., and look forward to making your next boat purchase as easy as it can
